“Hello - my name is Kerry”

Kerry’s ability to listen attentively and create a safe, non-judgemental space has helped colleagues feel understood and supported in their mental health.

Psychotherapist • Supervisor • Trainer

Kerry Lawlor is a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor supporting individuals through psychological challenges. She holds an MA in Psychotherapy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, BACP Accreditation, and is an Associate Member of Resolution.

Kerry is a director at The Law Space, specialising in mental health support for legal and high-achieving professionals. She has provided reflective practice and supervision for family lawyers in national teams across the UK for over seven years, contributes to Law Society publications, and runs the leadership programme for Mountain Rescue England & Wales. She also delivers mental health training through The Workplace Collective, developing well-being strategies, high-performance mindsets, and resilience.

Her integrative approach tailors therapy and supervision to each individual, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems, CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and compassion-focused therapy. Her master’s research on shame established her expertise in imposter phenomenon, low self-worth, and perfectionism.

As a supervisor, Kerry supports caring professionals across many settings — containing those who hold others’ distress and helping reduce the risk of vicarious trauma and burnout.

As a mother of three, Kerry brings a holistic understanding to her practice, recognising the interplay between personal experiences and mental health. She helps individuals develop resilience, self-understanding, and pathways to growth.
